Welcome to SFT පන්තිය | Amila Prasad (https://www.sftpanthiya.lk). These Business Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of a student/guardian) and Amila Prasad regarding your access to and use of this website, ecommerce store, Zoom live classes, and Learning Management System (LMS) portal.
By accessing the website, registering an account, purchasing course packages, downloading study notes, or viewing recorded lessons, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, all original content, LMS educational materials, website graphics, branding, lesson videos, lecture recordings, theory notes, PDF documents, question papers, model exam papers, software interfaces, software design, codebases, and databases created for or available through this website and LMS are the exclusive property of and copyrighted to Amila Prasad and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws of Sri Lanka and international treaties.
Prohibition on Copying, Sharing & Commercial Usage:
No content, video recording, PDF tute, or exam paper may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, republished, recorded, screen-captured, uploaded, shared in public groups, or commercially exploited in any form without prior explicit written permission from Amila Prasad.
Third-party trademarks, software components, open-source libraries, and official national syllabus references belong to their respective copyright holders.
3Account Registration & Account Sharing Prohibition
Students must register with accurate mobile numbers and identity details. Account credentials (User ID and Passwords) are granted strictly for individual personal use by the registered student.
Strict Prohibition on Credential Sharing & Anti-Piracy Tracking
Sharing your LMS account login with classmates, friends, or third parties, or attempting concurrent logins from unauthorized devices, is strictly forbidden. Our platform monitors login device signatures and IP logs. Any account detected sharing logins or distributing screen-recordings will be permanently terminated without refund and may face legal action under intellectual property laws.
4Course Access, Payments & Subscriptions
- Fee Payments: Access to monthly classes, Zoom links, and recorded content requires payment of applicable course fees prior to or on the due dates specified for each batch.
- Price Changes: SFT පන්තිය | Amila Prasad reserves the right to adjust monthly class fees, subscription prices, or tute delivery charges with prior notice to students before the start of a new academic term.
- Digital Product Delivery: Digital products (Zoom meeting links, video recordings, PDF soft copies) are delivered electronically via the Student LMS portal upon payment approval or bank slip verification.
5Return & Refund Policy Reference
All purchases and cancellations are subject to our official Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. As detailed in the policy, digital product purchases and unlocked recorded lessons are non-refundable unless approved under verified duplicate payment or technical fault conditions.
6Technical Interruptions & Limitation of Liability
While we maintain high uptime and cloud redundancy, SFT පන්තිය | Amila Prasad is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by third-party internet service provider outages, power cuts, telecommunication breakdowns in Sri Lanka, or Zoom platform server issues. In the event of a live class interruption due to technical reasons, a rescheduled session or HD recording will be provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amila Prasad and SFT පන්තිය | Amila Prasad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
7Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any legal disputes arising out of or related to the use of this website, LMS, or educational services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka.
